I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue I've been experiencing with my anima proof of personhood not updating correctly within the Phaver app. While everything appears to be functioning properly on the web app, the updates are not reflecting on my Phaver account.
This has been a persistent issue and, unfortunately, it has prevented me from accumulating cred during this period. As a result, I have also missed out on the opportunity to participate in the airdrop, which I believe I would have qualified for by now.
I've ensured that all the necessary steps and checks were completed on my end, but the problem persists. Could you please look into this matter and provide a resolution at the earliest convenience?
