Limit the number of people that somebody can follow on Phaver.

Limit the number of people that somebody can follow on Phaver. People are following everybody, to just increase their followers count so they can get more stakes. This doesn't help to keep the quality of the posts

Hey Bruno P., thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:

What do you think would be an appropriate limit for the number of people a user can follow?
Can you provide examples of how this issue has negatively impacted your experience on Phaver?
Do you have any suggestions on how we could discourage users from following others just to increase their own follower count?

Thank you for your quick reply.
1) This is a difficult question, Instagram limits at 7500 follows but IG has much more users, I think X limits at 5000 than you have to contact them so you can follow more (I am not sure about this number) But I think 1000 follows is enough, nobody can see all the posts from 1000 people daily. 
2) For me personally the only way it can affect is that if there is a contenst that the winners are chosen by the number of likes. But for the project, I think it can affect the quality of the posts and also, a lot of users are getting lots of points because they get stake from ther thousands of followers
3) Maybe give a bonus point for people that has a 1:10 (or more) follow / followers Ratio

Saska 🐨 Hello Saskas, I dropped a comment on the feedback channel Ali opened on Discord earlier this week. I want to suggest a maximum of 100 follows per day, 500/week and 1k-2k follows per month.

This means that I cannot directly spam follow but persons can follow me if they choose to. Thanks
